Famocrete Instant Concrete Repair
FAMOCRETE™ Instant Concrete Repair is a ridged, sag-resistant polyurethane repair product for broken or spalled concrete. FAMOCRETE is easy to apply and is supplied in ready-to-use universal cartridge tubes. FAMOCRETE is 100% solids and cures quickly to form a strong bond to concrete.

| CONCRETE ADHESION: 500 psi (3.4 MPa), ASTM D4541 – 100% substrate. |
| APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: Optimal temperature range is 65 °F to 85 °F (18 °C to 29 °C). May be applied at temperatures outside of this range (35 °F to 100 °F (2 °C to 38 °C)). |
| FULL CURE TIME: 24 hours after application. Note: Polyurethanes cure faster at warmer temperatures and slower at cooler temperatures. Large repairs cure faster than small repairs. |
| SOLIDS: 100% solids. No solvents. |
| UV RESISTANCE: Polyurethane is not sensitive to UV degradation; however, certain colors may change slightly. |
| HARDNESS: ShoreA/D 92/50, ASTM D 2240 |
| HEAT RESISTANCE: Cured resin has very good heat resistance (250 °F (121 °C)). |

| NON-SAG: Can be applied onto flat, sloped, and/or vertical concrete. |
| NON-SHRINKING: Strong adhesion to all concrete with no shrinking. Can be used for small or large voids or spalls. |
| EXCELLENT WORKING PROPERTIES: Easy to sand, grind and paint. Sandable and paintable after 1 hour. |
| WORKING TIME: Material can be troweled for up to 3 minutes at optimal application temperatures. |
| SET TIME: Approximately 5 minutes. |
| QUALITY REPAIR: Offers superior filling & patching of defects. |

| VISCOSITY: 16,000 cps, ASTM D 4878 |
| YIELD: 180mL=14.4 lineal ft at 1/4″ (4.32m at 6.3mm) |
